A unique memorial has been erected at the intersection of FM2499 and Harlington Drive in Highland Village in honor of cyclist Bob Pharr, who was killed at the site on January 7.

This should be not only a memorial to Bob Pharr, but a reminder to all drivers that bicyclists have a right to the road, and that we all should be totally aware of the road when we are driving -- other cars, trucks, bicycles, pedestrians, runners, and kid
