Five Prosper High School students arrested on sexual assault
Major league baseball player's son among those arrested

Five Prosper High School students were arrested Monday, May 14 for alleged sexual assault.
According to a town of Prosper press release, two of those arrested are adults, 17-year-old Garrick White and 17-year-old Darius McClinton-Hunter. Hunter is the son of Los Angeles Angels baseball player Torii Hunter.
Garrick and McClinton-Hunter were arrested for sexual assault of a child, a second degree felony. The three other suspects are all juveniles. Two of the juveniles were also arrested for sexual assault of a child. The remaining juvenile was arrested for unlawful restraint of a child, a state jail felony.
The arrests stemmed from a month-long investigation that still continues. The Prosper police expect more charges to be filed.
“Torii Hunter was placed on the Los Angeles Angels' restricted list Monday after his teenage son was arrested in Texas,” a statement on the Angels' website said.
